OSCAR Pro is WELLSTAR's edition of the open-source OSCAR EMR. WELLSTAR runs a developer program that it describes as a single integration path for OSCAR Pro and Juno. Open-source OSCAR also documents a REST layer secured with OAuth 1.0.
Developer program
You apply with product details, target EMRs, and a signed letter of support from a WELLSTAR clinic that's willing to pilot. API documentation and a test environment come after a sandbox agreement. Launch needs a validation and conformance review.
Open-source REST layer
The OSCAR developer wiki documents OAuth 1.0 endpoints under /ws/oauth. The page dates from 2017.
Client registration
One integrator's guide says API access isn't on by default and an administrator registers each API client inside OSCAR. Details vary by OSCAR variant and host.
Referral network
B.C.'s Digital Referrals and Orders program lists OSCAR Pro as integrated, and Ocean lists it among its integrations.

Depends on the version, the host, and the integration the clinic approves.
