Ask TELUS first. If no add-on covers the step, staff type it in by hand today. That typing is the kind of screen work OpenAdapt automates. We found no public way to read the saved record back, so a person would confirm each entry in the chart.

Public sources rarely settle whether a write works for your account. Do not infer that Med Access EMR can't do it; ask the vendor or the clinic first. If the only way in is the screen, a person usually types the data in by hand. Software can do that typing, but a step counts as done only after the saved record is read back some other way than the screen it was typed into, such as a read-only API. If there's no other way, a person confirms the record.
